CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that special circumstances are sometimes unavoidable, and cancellations may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. All cancellations must be done online through Gloss Genius or direct text. Please note that cancellations via email or social media are not valid. CANCELLATION FEES L͟a͟t͟e͟ a͟r͟r͟i͟v͟a͟l͟s͟: If you are running late, please contact me directly via text. Clients arriving 15+ minutes after their scheduled appointment time may incur a fee and need to reschedule. 24+ H͟o͟u͟r͟ N͟o͟t͟i͟c͟e͟:̲ Services can be cancelled without any charge. C͟a͟n͟c͟e͟l͟l͟a͟t͟i͟o͟n͟ U͟n͟d͟e͟r͟ 24 H͟o͟u͟r͟s͟:̲ Services may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the full amoun to the card on file. N͟o͟ S͟h͟o͟w͟: The entire cost of the service(s) will be charged to the card on file.
